Unlike classical pieces and standards, materials we carry may get
revised from time to time. Because of this reason, scores are printed
on a per order basis.
Please tell us your email address when purchasing, so updates can
be emailed to you in the future. |
Reshipment
Because we print most of our material on a per order basis, it usually
takes 10 to 14 days to ship your order.
If the score is in stock, we'll ship your order as soon as possible.

Support
We offer following services if you purchase a score from us:
- You can inquire us about the score over the phone (Free)
- With Japanese pieces, instructions by the engraver can be provided (Extra fee will be charged)
- Composers can provide instructions about the piece (Extra fee will be charged)
Please note that this service is not available with certain composers

Returns
We cannot accept returns.
If you have received defective or incorrect item, you can return
it within 10 days of delivery. We will replace the item and pay
the return shipping cost.
